Job Brief
As a Spooler Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently feeding materials into automated machinery and removing finished products or waste materials as needed. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor spooler machines to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
- Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products or waste as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, including material usage and output levels.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Identify and report any malfunctions or irregularities in machine operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a spooler operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a production environment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine monitoring.
