Job Brief
As a Sound Effects Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process by assembling and operating audio equipment to record, synchronize, mix, edit, and reproduce sound effects, music, and voiceovers for diverse media including theater, film, television, podcasts, and sporting events. Responsibilities

- Synchronize sound effects, dialogue, and music to visual elements in film and video productions.
- Conduct sound checks and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal audio performance.
- Maintain and organize audio files, ensuring proper storage and retrieval for future projects.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in sound design to continually improve production quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sound Effects Technician or in a similar audio production role.
- Proficiency in audio editing software such as Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, or Logic Pro.
- Strong understanding of sound design principles and audio engineering techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in audio quality.
- Familiarity with various recording equipment and audio hardware.
- A degree in Sound Engineering, Music Production, or a related field is preferred.
