As a Personnel Director, you will plan, direct, and coordinate all human resources activities within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Lead initiatives for employee training and development to enhance workforce skills.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational needs are met.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with HR software systems and data analysis for decision-making.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
