Job Brief

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with HR software systems and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
