Requirements
- Ph.D. in Sociology or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in higher education teaching, with a focus on sociology and social organization.
- Strong research background, evidenced by published works in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning environment.
