Responsibilities

- Test and evaluate snowboard performance to ensure safety and functionality.
- Incorporate feedback from athletes and focus groups to refine product designs.
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry innovations, materials, and production techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in product design, preferably within the sporting goods industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator) and 3D modeling.
- Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes specific to snowboards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality in design concepts.
- Knowledge of snowboarding culture and trends is a plus.
