Responsibilities

- Construct and repair leather goods, including luggage and saddles, to meet customer specifications.
- Apply decorative elements, such as dyes and finishes, to enhance the appearance of repaired items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their repair needs and timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shoe Repairer or in a similar leatherworking role.
- Strong knowledge of leather materials and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery specific to leatherworking.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers.
