Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military tactical operations or damage control management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
- Strong understanding of damage control procedures, safety regulations, and operational protocols.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
