Requirements
- Proven experience as a saddle and harness maker or in a similar leatherworking position.
- Strong knowledge of leather types, tools, and techniques used in saddle making.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic sewing and stitching techniques for leather.
- Physical stamina to work with heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
