Job Brief

The S3B Multi Sensor Operator is responsible for the operation and management of advanced multi-sensor systems to support tactical air operations. Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain multi-sensor systems to ensure optimal performance during missions.
  • Analyze sensor data to provide actionable intelligence and enhance situational awareness.
  • Coordinate with tactical teams to support air operations and weapon systems integration.
  • Conduct pre-mission checks and post-mission debriefs to assess sensor functionality and mission outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and safety protocols during all missions.
  • Train and mentor junior personnel in multi-sensor operations and data interpretation.
  • Collaborate with intelligence analysts to develop comprehensive mission briefs and reports.
  • Stay updated on advancements in sensor technology and tactical operations to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in military tactical operations or air/weapons systems, preferably in a multi-sensor environment.
  • Proficiency in the operation of various sensor systems, including electro-optical, infrared, and radar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sensor data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Military training or certification related to air operations and sensor technologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in high-stress environments while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with mission planning and execution processes in a tactical setting.
  • Current security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
