Job Brief
The Rubber Extrusion Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and tending machines that shape and form rubber products. Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on extrusion equipment to minimize downtime.

- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation preferred.
- Proven experience as a Rubber Extrusion Operator or similar role in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of rubber extrusion processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and testing procedures.
