Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation and dismantling of equipment and machinery as required.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to identify issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety regulations and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations and project completion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanics or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a roustabout or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
