Responsibilities

- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Navigate city streets and traffic conditions using local knowledge and GPS technology.
- Collect fares and provide accurate change, maintaining proper financial records.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents to management immediately.
- Follow all local laws and regulations regarding transportation services.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a rickshaw driver or in a similar transportation role.
- Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cash transactions accurately.
- Physical stamina to navigate urban environments and assist passengers.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of rickshaw maintenance preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
