Job Brief
The Respiratory Therapy Director is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating respiratory care services within hospitals, clinics, or health agencies. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification and relevant state licensure.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of respiratory care protocols, equipment, and treatment modalities.
- Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
