Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property management principles, and investment strategies.
- Proficient in property management software and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic property plans.
- Real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
