Job Brief

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will assess, plan, organize, and implement rehabilitative programs aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and correcting disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Responsibilities

  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and strength.
  • Monitor and document patients’ progress throughout the treatment process.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
  • Current state licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
