Job Brief

The Propeller Layout Worker plays a critical role in the assembly and installation of components for aircraft, space vehicles, and missiles. This position requires hands-on expertise in fitting, fastening, and installing essential parts such as wings, fuselages, stabilizers, and landing gear. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Assemble, fit, fasten, and install airplane, space vehicle, or missile components, including wings, fuselages, and landing gear.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to verify the integrity and accuracy of assembled parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of aerospace assembly techniques.
  • Adhere to industry safety standards and protocols throughout the assembly process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in aerospace manufacturing is a plus.
