Job Brief
As a Prison Guard Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security within correctional facilities. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications in correctional management preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a correctional setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.
- Proficient in report writing and documentation, with strong attention to detail.
