Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Format and proofread text and images for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Prepare digital files and photographic typesetting for print production.

- Produce printing plates as required for various printing processes.
- Implement revisions based on client feedback while maintaining project timelines.
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Conduct preflight checks to identify potential printing issues prior to production.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in prepress technology and software.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a prepress or print production role.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with color management, typography, and print production processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with design and production teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to file preparation or printing.
- Experience with digital typesetting and printing plate production.
- Certification in Graphic Arts or related field is a plus.
