Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality portraits of individuals and groups using professional photography equipment.
- Utilize lighting techniques to enhance the appearance of subjects and achieve desired effects.
- Employ photo editing software to retouch and produce finished images that meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative direction during shoots.
- Maintain and organize photography equipment and ensure all tools are in optimal working condition.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and client requirements.
- Stay current with photography trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and output quality.
- Develop and maintain a professional portfolio showcasing a range of portrait photography styles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Portrait Photographer or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficient in using DSLR cameras and various lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
- Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and lighting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as required by client schedules.
- A degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
