Job Brief
As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for controlling and operating chemical processes and systems of machines to ensure efficient production of pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of operations.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct quality control checks.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and inefficiencies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in training new operators on machinery operations and safety practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and manuals.
- Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment to ensure quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
