Responsibilities

- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees, enhancing their integration into the organization.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations initiatives, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
