Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to children, assessing their health needs and developing tailored care plans. Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs through comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for pediatric patients.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled children.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Advise patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Provide case management services to coordinate care effectively for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric nursing and participate in continuous education.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or registration.
- Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited institution.
