Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Payloader Operator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Operate payloaders to move and load materials efficiently on job sites.
- Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
- Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth material handling operations.
- Transport materials to and from designated locations within the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment usage.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Assist in training new operators on safe operational procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in heavy equipment operation preferred.
- Proven experience as a Payloader Operator or similar role in construction or mining.
- Valid operator’s license and relevant certifications for heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
