Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Theology, Divinity, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in pastoral care, counseling, or ministry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Knowledge of religious texts and practices relevant to the community served.
- Certification or licensure in pastoral counseling or a related area is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by community needs.
