Responsibilities

- Stay updated on rule changes and industry standards to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sporting official, referee, or competition judge in relevant sports.
- In-depth knowledge of the sport’s rules and regulations.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to make quick and fair decisions under pressure.
- Certification in officiating or related training is a plus.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform duties effectively during events.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
