The Officer In Charge/Assistant Officer In Charge, Combat Service Support Team is responsible for overseeing tactical operations and ensuring the effective management of combat support resources. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Combat Service Support operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of resources.
- Develop and implement operational plans to support mission objectives and enhance combat readiness.
- Coordinate with various military units to facilitate seamless logistical support during tactical operations.
- Conduct training and mentorship for junior officers and enlisted personnel to enhance team performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support operations, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and personnel to ensure compliance with military standards.
- Assist in the development of emergency response and contingency plans to address potential operational challenges.

Requirements
- Proven experience in military operations, with a focus on combat service support and tactical leadership.
- Strong understanding of military logistics, supply chain management, and operational planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent military experience.
- Completion of military leadership training programs or equivalent certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficient in using military logistics software and databases.
- Ability to adapt to high-pressure environments and make critical decisions swiftly.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and deploy as needed to support operational requirements.
