Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- State certification or licensure as a Nursery Teacher or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and early learning standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
