Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare settings, particularly within nephrology or chronic illness management.
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial aspects of chronic kidney disease and its treatment.
