Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Processor or in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending procedures, regulations, and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial information and evaluate creditworthiness.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NMLS, Mortgage Loan Originator) are preferred.
