Job Brief
The MIS Director plays a crucial role in leading and managing the information systems and electronic data processing operations within an organization. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Responsibilities

- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology solutions are implemented.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in systems analysis and project management.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology requirements and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve IT processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in an IT management role, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of information systems, data processing, and software development life cycles.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar are a plus.
