Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain cultures and samples, ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and conclusions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss research findings and implications for product development.
- Stay current with microbiological research trends and advancements in laboratory technologies.
- Participate in the development and validation of new microbiological methods and protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in microbiological analysis, preferably in a laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of microbiological techniques, including PCR, culturing, and microscopy.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety regulations and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with stakeholders.
