Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Participate in team training and development to enhance product knowledge and preparation techniques.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant culinary or meat science education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a meat clerk or in a similar role within the food retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and safe food handling practices.
- Ability to operate meat cutting equipment and tools proficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
