Job Brief
The Mayor serves as the chief executive officer of a city or municipality, responsible for formulating policies and providing overall direction in accordance with the governing body’s guidelines. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public service or municipal management.
- Strong understanding of local government operations and community engagement strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Experience in policy development and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with legislative processes and public policy advocacy.
- Certification from a recognized public administration association is a plus.
