Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Marble Ceiling Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying hard tile, stone, and other comparable materials to various surfaces, including ceilings, walls, floors, countertops, and roof decks. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in installation techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with precision. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication are essential for ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Measure and cut marble and stone materials to fit specified areas accurately.
- Install marble ceilings, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortars as needed.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure aesthetic and functional alignment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition for efficient installation.
- Inspect completed installations for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.
- Comply with safety regulations and best practices during all installation processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marble Ceiling Installer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques for marble and stone materials.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to the installation process.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Certification in tile or stone installation is a plus.
