Job Brief
As an Air Control/Anti Air Warfare Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the operations of advanced communications, detection, and weapons systems essential for the success of air, ground, and naval operations. This position requires expertise in formulating and implementing emergency response plans, coordinating multi-agency efforts, and evaluating command center information for military and government reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of surveillance systems and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate communications systems to ensure effective coordination between air, ground, and naval forces.
- Develop and implement emergency plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies during crises to ensure swift action and resolution.
- Evaluate and analyze command center data to provide high-level military and government reports.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to ensure airspace security.
- Provide technical guidance on operational capabilities and readiness to support mission objectives.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to ensure precision in engagements.
- Collaborate with various military branches to enhance joint operational capabilities and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in military science, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in air defense operations or a similar role within military or defense settings.
- Strong knowledge of radar, surveillance, and communication systems.
- Proficiency in emergency management and response coordination.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and coordinate across multiple agencies.
- Relevant military certifications in air warfare or combat operations preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations and environments.
