As a Mannequin Decorator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal of retail environments. Your primary responsibilities include planning and executing captivating commercial displays in store windows and interiors, as well as at trade exhibitions. Responsibilities
- Design and create visually striking displays using mannequins and props to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop seasonal and promotional display concepts.
- Install and dismantle displays, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and safety standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of display effectiveness and make adjustments based on customer feedback and sales data.
- Maintain an organized inventory of display materials, mannequins, and props, ensuring timely replacement and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and display techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or mannequin decorating, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and store management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using design software and tools related to merchandising and display creation.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed for installation and events.
