Job Brief
The Maid Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of cleaning personnel in various establishments, including hotels, hospitals, and offices. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning services industry.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and clients.
- Ability to train and mentor cleaning staff to achieve performance objectives.
- Proficient in inventory management and scheduling software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning management is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
