Job Brief

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Luthier or in a similar role within the musical instrument repair industry.
- Strong knowledge of various musical instruments and their components.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for intricate repairs.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex repair issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in instrument repair is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and musicians.
