Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain small motor-driven boats in various water conditions.
- Assist in navigational activities, including route planning and execution.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on boats and equipment.
- Provide support during loading and unloading of passengers and cargo.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional maritime training preferred.
- Proven experience as a Launch Operator or in a similar maritime role.
- Valid boating license and certifications related to marine operations.
- Strong knowledge of navigational tools and maritime safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.
- Familiarity with GPS and maritime communication equipment.
