Job Brief
As a Lacquerer, you will be responsible for painting, coating, and decorating a variety of articles, including furniture, glass, pottery, leather, and more. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for lacquering by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply lacquer finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve desired effects.
- Mix and match paints and coatings to create custom colors and textures.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Maintain and clean lacquering equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lacquerer or in a similar finishing role.
- Strong knowledge of lacquering techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity for extended periods of work.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and handling hazardous materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
