Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Juke Box Mechanic to install, service, adjust, and repair various coin-operated machines, including juke boxes, pinball machines, and video games. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electronic issues. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair juke boxes and related coin-operated amusement machines.
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic malfunctions in machines and implement effective solutions.
- Adjust and calibrate machine components for optimal functionality and performance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative care on juke boxes and vending machines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of service repairs and parts inventory.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the amusement machine industry.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Juke Box Mechanic or in a similar role involving coin-operated machines.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems in amusement machines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair juke boxes, pinball machines, and video game consoles.
- Technical certification in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
