Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on job analysis or organizational development.
- Proficient in job analysis methodologies, performance management systems, and HR software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
