Job Brief
The Interface Control Officer (ICO) is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of tactical operations specialists within an organization. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within tactical operations or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of interface control principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies used in operations management.
- Certifications in project management or operational excellence are a plus.
