Responsibilities

- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation or arbitration.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in insurance law and industry standards.
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court to defend clients’ interests.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive legal service delivery.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active attorney license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance law or related fields.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Proficient in using legal research tools and case management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
