Job Brief

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting and finishing a variety of surfaces including walls, equipment, buildings, and bridges using brushes, rollers, and spray guns. This role requires expertise in surface preparation, including the removal of old paint, and the ability to mix colors and oils to achieve the desired finish. Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint as necessary.
  • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Mix and match paints and other materials to achieve desired color and consistency.
  • Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Requirements
