Job Brief
The Fitness Club Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations and recreational activities of a fitness facility. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the fitness club, ensuring a high standard of service and facility maintenance.

- Manage and train club staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and revenue generation.
- Enhance member engagement through effective communication, feedback collection, and community events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including facility maintenance and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote fitness programs and increase club membership.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in managing fitness centers or recreational facilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of fitness trends, equipment, and health regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid and a recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM).
- Ability to create marketing strategies and community outreach programs.
