Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers, pipefitters, steamfitters, and pipelayers with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Supply and hold materials, tools, and equipment as directed by skilled tradespeople.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on-site.
- Help transport materials and tools to and from job sites as required.
- Participate in training and apprenticeship programs to develop skills in gas fitting and related trades.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, pipefitting, or steamfitting principles.
