Responsibilities

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacy license to practice in the state.
- Previous experience as a pharmacist in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and staff interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and pharmacy management software.
- Board certification in a pharmacy specialty (e.g., BCPS) is an advantage.
