Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Divinity, Theology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification as a Chaplain or eligibility for certification from a recognized organization (e.g., APC, NACC).
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing spiritual care.
- Strong understanding of diverse religious traditions and practices.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with individuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Strong ethical and moral compass, with the ability to navigate complex spiritual issues.
