Job Brief
As an HIV Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing emotional support, education, and resources to individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients affected by HIV/AIDS.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current certification or licensure as a counselor or social worker.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HIV/AIDS populations.
- Strong understanding of HIV prevention, treatment, and stigma reduction strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in case management and client assessment techniques.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with local resources and support services for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
